♡ Booking & Appointment Policy Your time matters. My time matters. And your experience matters. Thank you for choosing to book with me. Every appointment is intentionally reserved just for you, which means your time is set aside exclusively for your nail service. To maintain a beautiful, relaxed experience for every client and to honor the time that goes into preparing for each appointment, I kindly ask that you review the following policies before booking. ✧ Booking & Deposits Your appointment is not considered officially scheduled or confirmed until your required deposit has been received. If a deposit is not submitted at the time of booking, your appointment time has not been secured and may be made available to another client. Deposits must be received no later than midnight the day before your scheduled appointment. Deposits cannot be accepted after this deadline. If your deposit has not been received by midnight the day before your appointment, your appointment will be considered unconfirmed and may be cancelled or released from the schedule. Please be sure to complete your deposit promptly after booking to ensure your appointment remains reserved for you. ♡ ✧ Cancellations & Rescheduling I completely understand that plans can change. As a courtesy to both of us, 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation, rescheduling, or changes to your appointment or services. Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly changed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled service total. A new deposit may also be required to secure a future appointment. ✧ Late Arrivals I know that life happens, traffic happens, and sometimes things are simply outside of our control. If you’re running behind, please communicate with me as soon as possible. A $10 late fee will be added after 10 minutes. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may also require your service to be shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled depending on the remaining appointment time. This allows me to honor the appointments that follow yours while still doing my best to accommodate you. ✧ Frequent Cancellations & Rescheduling I truly understand that schedules can change from time to time. However, repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in limited booking privileges or the inability to schedule future appointments. ✧ No-Shows Appointments missed without notice are considered no-shows. Because that appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you, no-shows will result in the inability to book future appointments. ✧ Emergencies I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can happen. If you experience an emergency, please contact me directly as soon as you are able. Communication and consideration mean so much, and I will always do my best to extend grace and work with you when circumstances allow. ♡ ✧ A Little Reminder These policies are not meant to feel restrictive or impersonal. They simply allow me to protect my time, honor the time of every client, and continue creating the thoughtful, personalized experience you deserve.
